I have been helping people buy and sell homes since 1984. Experience does make a difference and I have learned to devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after the sale. Being a competent professional means that you must bring value to your clients and not merely facilitate a sale. I believe I accomplish that in every transaction that I handle and the most profound assets I possess are my clients respect and trust.
My career in real estate has been full and allowed me the opportunity to gain experience in several different aspects of the business. While some of my time has been spent working in previously occupied homes, I have also spent time specializing in new construction for a builder, working within the active adult marketplace, low income housing and managing an office for a local real estate company.
I also believe that education in the real estate business is a requirement to serve your clients to the best of your ability. This belief is what has motivated me to continue learning throughout my career. I have completed and continue to enroll in many programs to gain more knowledge and insight into the ever changing real estate industry. It is my commitment to be the best that I can be in life and in my business.
